Before you pay

You see the finished site on a private link before anyone else does. Nothing is published until you say so.

If you decide you do not want it, cancel within 30 days of your first payment and your first month is refunded in full. You do not have to explain why.

The site is yours to keep either way.

Monthly plan - $149 a month, starting with your first month

The monthly plan renews every month until you cancel it. There is no contract and no minimum term.

You can cancel at any time, online, in one click, from the link in any email we send you or from your care page. No phone call, no notice period, no form to fill in.

Canceling stops every future charge straight away.

If you cancel within 7 days of being charged, we refund that month in full. After 7 days the month you have paid for runs to the end of its period - you keep the service until then - and is not refunded.

Your site stays yours. If you leave, you keep the domain and the site goes with you.

How to cancel

Click the cancel link in any billing email, or open your care page and use the cancel button there. It takes effect immediately and you get a confirmation email within a few minutes.

If you cannot get to either of those, email cancel@powersadvertising.com. We answer the same business day and cancellation is effective from the moment your email arrives, not from when we reply.

How to ask for a refund

Email refunds@powersadvertising.com or call 865.347.8374 and say what you bought and what went wrong. You do not need a reason for the 30-day refund above.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. If the refund happens soon after the charge, your bank may simply remove the original charge instead of showing a separate credit - so look for the charge disappearing, not a new line.

If something is wrong
